Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final, except eligible exchanges.

• Exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached and proof of purchase.

• Refunds are not generally offered for change-of-mind purchases.

• Final sale, clearance, custom, special-order, or hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for exchange unless defective.

• Damaged or defective items should be reported within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

• Approved damaged/defective claims may be handled by replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

• Please contact us before sending or bringing back an item.
